hooray for socks...my mind is...oooh, look! a bird!

Fifteen hours is far too long of a workday. One hundred and eleven book projects are far too many to grade.
The only thing keeping me awake is my excitement over winning a Bear of Power. Thank you, Booga! *cue cheesy informercial smile*
My feet stink like old and forgotten vegetables.
I'm worried that there's a rotting tub of ranch dip in my trunk, but I'm too tired to go out and check.
We have a new governor, which doesn't make me too sad because I always get excited when there's a dramatic shift in power ('92, '94, '00...whatever). I don't think it'll be as bad as everyone says it will be, but I may be naive.
I needed to have my kids sell cookie dough, and some kids have sold 30 tubs of it.
I'm prattling on because I'm afraid if I stop typing, my fingers will curl, causing my arms to collapse, which will make my head droop, which will cause me to fall asleep with my head on the keys and wake up late in the morning with "qwerty" on my forehead.
It's a chance I'm willing to take; goodnight.
